JHONATAS CONSTRUCTION, is one of the largest privately held family-owned businesses in the Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) industry. Proudly family-owned and operated, established in 2004 by Elias Gaspar after being a project manager over 7 years building EIFS projects all over New England.

Elias Gaspar is currently our project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the EXTERIOR INSULATION FINISH SYSTEM.

Jhonatas Construction team is well qualified and prepared to perform and get any EIFS project done with quality in a timely manner.

Our chief estimator and President Jhonatas Gaspar with over 8 years of field experience and 6 years of estimating has brought our company to the top EIFS contractors in New England.
